About Palm Jumeirah Dubai

The Golden Age has returned

Palm Jumeirah Dubai lies off the coast of the Jumeirah coastline of Dubai in the Arabian Gulf. It is a man-made island created by Nakheel, a company owned by the government. It was created using land reclamation and is one of the largest man-made islands in the world. The island is surrounded by an 11-kilometer crescent-shaped breakwater, and its design mirrors a palm tree, with 16 fronds, a trunk and a crescent that each has its own unique features.

The Palm Jumeirah
There are three main types of accommodation in Palm Jumeirah: hotels, apartments and villas. The most luxurious Palm Jumeirah Properties are the villas, of which there are three different sizes. The largest are the signature villas, which feature 7,000 square feet, six or seven bedrooms, and access to private beaches and pools. The slightly smaller 5,000 square Garden Palm villas have three to five bedrooms and also have private beaches and pools. The smaller 4,100 square feet town homes share access to resident-only pools and beaches.

The apartments are located in the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. These Palm Jumeirah properties feature beautiful ocean views and a choice of one, two or three bedrooms or penthouse suites. The apartment complexes also feature access to private beaches and pools, playgrounds, and gyms.

The Jumeirah Dubai Luxury hotels feature beautiful ocean views, access to private beaches and pools, and many other amenities. Each hotel has its own unique features for guests and residents. Some of the hotels available include the Golden Mile, the Fairmont Palm Hotel and Resort, and the Trump International Hotel.

Residents and guests of Palm Jumeirah can enjoy the beautiful beaches, ocean views, and luxurious dining and shopping opportunities. The trunk of the island features many cafes, boutique shops, restaurants, and more. The crescent area offers some of the most popular attractions of the island.

Additionally, Palm Jumeirah Dubai is just across a small bridge to the main city. Dubai offers many business, entertainment, dining and shopping opportunities. Residents can easily make their way to the city using the monorail or other forms of transportation, whether they work in the city or just want to go for a night out.
